I will recommend to go with whmcsintegration.ca. Use the coupon 35PERCENT and you have to pay in total $11.04! They did a great job on my templates.

Why pay someone! I made my own theme

Knowing a bit of HTML and CSS, you could figure out how to do it. It might have bugs sometimes, but Google is your best friend.

If you aren't so pro, try WHMCSIntegrate. They have some nice reviews.

The entire point is that WHMCS is messy and playing with html/css takes time. It's usually easier/simpler to pay the $20 or w/e and get the integration done instead of spending hours on it.
