Maybe setup a website page or just pm the responses.

Having the responses out on public and worse...on different forums just dosen't feel right.

I agree 100%. Though today was just a test run...it was suppose to be easy . The next one will have a much different concept...in fact they will all have a different theme/way to win in the upcoming contests.
