Any issues with Singapore?  

I mean OneAsiaHost is in Singapore, not exactly the countries you mentioned but near them.  Sorry I'm not too knowledgeable in Asian VMs yet.

I require physical presence (and IP + AS) in those countries specifically. Nearby will not allow any connectivity.

I have Singapore, Malaysia covered already and they were fairly easy. It's these.
