Having a nightmare with them today and after asking a Technical Support member of staff who the head of department is and being told "I don't know".... (!!!)

Anyone know who the head of technical support is over there these days? It used to be Neil.. but apparently they don't know who that is any more..!

Thats a little concerning - if you're having trouble, I'd usually contact the CEO/MD if the usual escalation route isn't going anywhere.

The only head of department I know of at the moment is Doug, who runs the email side of things.

Drop Taylor Rhodes an email, and I'm sure you'll get your issue escalated as desired: [email protected]
