(Request) Budget Dedicated Servers in Fremont, CA (HE)

So, I decided to place this in VPS Request because it's a request for a service.

Anyone know any good budget dedicated server provider in Fremont, CA?  I'd prefer if it was less than 50 dollars (around 40 to 45 would be preferred).  

The preferred spec is a good old Dual L5420 with about 8GB RAM and 500GB HDD (usually the "standard" machine) or just any machine really.

HE is pretty expensive tbh. Their network quality and datacenter layout are A*, while price stops majority of providers at this price brand. If you colo such a machine with them, you'd probably get this price.

Possible.  Don't put anything in motion but what can you do?  I'd be fine with the two weeks install time really.

HE is pretty cheap for the bay area.  I have a friend paying 500/mo for a full rack, though with just 15A of power, and relatively little bw and ip's.  I had been thinking of parking a box with him but ended up getting some OVH dedis that are easier to deal with than wrangling a colo box around, plus didn't require up front purchases or commitments.
