Seeking Website Builder for Businesses

We have lots of local businesses and some bigger ones with their own website designs who would like to switch over to us and save a few $100/mo on their hosting sides, but the problem we are facing is a lack of a good visual website builder. (some are hosted at places like HubSpot)

I have been looking at parallels web presence builder but after being on the phone with them, I was told they won't have a new version out till summer(hopefully) that allows you to add custom site designs into the systems. (also wish they had more designs).

I also have had BaseKit contact us this month with some stuff, and I've never heard of them or used their stuff so just curious if anyone else has and what they thought.

Basically, I need something like the following:

- Accepts custom designs
- Fairly easy to use
- Has more then just one design to pick from.

We run CPanel servers

I'm a programmer. We can do something together if you have the potential. PM me if you are interested.

Are you looking for a custom built system or? What are your specs? ARe you wanting software built? Have a few programmers that might help if that's the case. Or are you looking for existing software?

Preferably, existing software because that would be cheaper, faster and more stable.

We have CPanel.

There aren't any good ones that tick all the boxes really. Squarespace is worth a look though, as it Basekit - as you mentioned.

Wow really? That is like crazy.
The guy who I talked to on the phone about it was nice but he kept using 123-reg.co.uk as an example (maybe he didn't realize that I don't have ten million customers?) and he was surprised when I almost fell off my chair (well, not literally, but...) when he told me the minimum commit!

I would say SquareSpace is a pretty good website building service, I've personally never used it but ive come across a few websites that utilize their services. Though squarespace seems to cater more to the design side more than the functionality, just going to http://www.squarespace.com/ is rather frustrating because i have to roll my scroll wheel 10 times just to get to the button.

You could always get joomla/wordpress up in a few minutes and slap a sexy template on-top of that http://www.yootheme.com/ is generally what I use because they have a rather extensive library plus they have a few host-centric themes, but my subscription runs out in a few hours :p

Example site I built for someone in about an hour with Yootheme - Nano2 with responsive design http://www.winforce.net/

hey,

if you still didn't find a website builder that fit to your needs, you can try imcreator.com.

i ran into them when i was looking for a free website builder. it has a lot of templates and it very easy to design.

good luck!
