as i noticed the host i signed with a host and have been waiting 2 hours so far witch is more then Instant.

I don't prefer instant setup. It's possible they're doing a manual fraud check and set up all new orders manually, which I think every provider should do anyway. But that's just me.

If they advertise as instant it should be instant, otherwise a time frame should be provided, at least.
