Single homed VPS

So this might be a strange request, but I'm looking for single homed VPS providers. 

Are there any out there?

Surely there must be single homed Cogent providers.

PrismaVPS isn't single homed.  They are on WSI's network and I believe using their bandwidth upstream mix (were when I was still using them a few months back).

Directspace, oh the horror.  Don't do that.   But according to spam from them the other day, everyone is getting upgraded to SSD..

Maybe he's not actually looking for a VPS from them, just for a list of providers, so he can avoid them. Or maybe it's just some sort of network test of some kind.
