Specific VPS request

OK, first of all, I know this is very specific, but I still would love it if I could get this exact setup.

I need a small (128MB or less) OpenVZ VPS in Dallas (NOT ColoCrossing or Incero, since IPv6 is required) with yearly billing, preferably $20/year or less, with an IP address that is not in any of these ranges:

23.0.0.0/8

162.0.0.0/8

172.0.0.0/8

192.0.0.0/8

199.0.0.0/8

I will be using it for DNS, with recursion off. No web-based services available from it.

I know there's a thread about this, but it would be great if users with the provider tag could put what provider they run in their sigs, otherwise we have to do some digging and try to remember them all. If you don't want to, though, that's your choice. At least I know now, anyway. Moving on...

We run an OpenVZ service in Dallas and do not have any IPs within those ranges.

We have kvm with ipv6 and ipv4 address that are not in your range. If you want a kvm setup Im sure we could setup a great yearly price for you.
