- Packages priced appropriately according to our business model so that we do NOT have to resort to overselling.
- 30-Day No Questions asked refunds on all packages except for domains, software licenses, IP's and dedicated servers.
- We will transfer your site to us at no-cost when you signup, and if you cancel for whatever reason we will help you move your site to your new host at no-cost.
- We will work with you if you require more server resources long before suspending your account. (some exceptions to this of course)
