Out of curiosity what facility is it? You mentioned Rapidswitch, but they don't really have a large presence in London although some of the brands of their parent company iomart do.

The test IP you have on your website is in their "DC5" which a quick search shows is in Maidenhead, not London. If it is indeed Maidenhead I would suggest changing it and modifying your website [and offer], if not I stand corrected.
