Nah, its a PHP4 based script that one of the developers created for one of my friends. It access remote mailbox on 993 IMAP port and does something.

Its in Efffin PHP4 hence the developer need to convert it to PHP5 but the friend has to demo it right NOW!!

It is allow_url_fopen yes/no. You can't block ports in php.
