VPS with Chinese-speaking support

I'm posting this for a guy who came on IRC looking for a VPS to run FreeBSD (so he'll need KVM or similar).  He had difficulty with English and I figured there's probably enough interest that there should be a thread for offers with good connectivity to China and with Chinese language capabilities.  So here.

Is chinese language support 100% necessary? I know some very good hosts in cali but they don't really have chinese support.

AcrosVM http://acrosvm.com/ Quadranet in LA, support and website in Chinese, they take Alipay and it's owned by a longtime well respected low end provider...but it looks like only OpenVZ so contact him to see if he's offering Chinese support on the regular Hostigation site for KVM.

I think Hostigation offers this, however I'm not positive but I do know Tim was looking to hire someone awhile ago to do Chinese support.

I had a VPS with PaulVPS, they offer english and chinese support.
