Do you need a white-label solution? As in, one where the customer doesn't know it's not you providing the service?

You want to resell VPSs? What about just refering custommers and earning comissions?

If you want to operate dedicated server and manually create / set VPSs (using control panel), you can try HyperVM. (google it, see tuts and images).
