I had great pause in whether I wanted to post this here, but after much thought I have decided this is too important to not post:

1. You do not control the resources and pick your locations from a panel with this offer; after purchase they e-mail you and ask you what locations with what resources.  For those of you expecting instant activation or access to a cool control panel to choose your usage, nope, not happening.

2. They no longer have a Phoenix, AZ location AT ALL.  When I requested Phoenix, AZ, without telling me the location wasn't available, they provisioned my server in Dallas, TX and passed the info to me as if I would not notice.  Only after ticketing and asking to be provisioned in the correct location was I told they have discontinued the location, and no, their website doesn't even provide information on this.

3. Although my experience thus far has been one of bait-and-switch, support has been reasonably quick to reply and has offered a full refund in this situation if I want it.

Please note all of the above before purchasing this offer or you may end up as frustrated as I was.
