I noticed some submissions did not meet the criteria so they were not posted above, however I believe those who this impacted also have valid submissions too so those are indeed listed above.

Now it is time to vote for your favorite submissions. The rules for voting are simple: You can not vote for yourself. Everyone gets 3 votes, so just respond by copy/pasting the title/author line above that represents the article you are voting for and submit it.

On April 24th the voting will be over the winners announced. In the event of a tie, I'll start a new thread, with a new poll, so those who already voted can re-vote for the 3 top entries. If there is another tie, myself, Martin, and HalfEatenPie will enter our underground lair and will not return until we have chosen a winner.

Winners will receive an Amazon giftcard for either $200, $100 or $50 in value and the giftcard code will be emailed to you so that you may apply it to your Amazon account.

EDIT: It should be noted that, as per the contest rules, members could have multiple entries. Votes are for the content they submitted, and the number of votes are tallied up and added to that member's score.

Shit, there's a lot of good entries, 3 points just isn't enough even if I give one to each person who put in some effort

1 point for Running a terminal multiplexer by @wlanboy (really for covering a lot of small but important topics)

1 point for Restrict access to your Linux server with TCP wrappers by @Roger (really thorough)

1 point for Using SSHFS to share folders among your VPS by @ (also for lots of good submissions, really)

Honorable mentions, which are worth no points include a complimentary prize of My Respect:

@peterw, @chilicuil, @Nikki
