positive ssl not working in firefox.

but as you can see the Intermediate certificate is loaded(PositiveSSLCA2.crt)

i do not know whats going on.

You have to configure your server with two certificates, the end user certificate for your site that was issued to you, and an intermediate certificate that signs your end user cert.  The intermediate cert is signed by a trusted root cert built into browsers.

@willie he already has SSLCaCertificateFile set with the bundle thing, is that PositiveSSLCA2.crt not the same as PositiveSSL's intermediate certificate?

Sorry, I should have said, SSLCertificateChainFile is for the intermediate cert.
