Weekly Email needs to be centered

It might but we do need something prettier for it. All crammed off to the left even in a regular view looks funky.

You can set the mailing limit on daily basis, or weekly as well as monthly.
So you have set in your exim/postfix setting and configure any script which perform such operation.
