I am looking for a vps to host a moodle site.

• I expect to have 30 users online at any time. (Perhaps, this the most important requirement)
• Disk: at least 50 GB
• Bandwidth: at least 1 TB
• IPv4: Yes
• Location: Europe or US East Coast
• Virtualization: Any will do

Please let me know if this is possible. Any suggestions are welcome.
