No setup, they had a helicopter on the way to my parents house. He gets pleasure out of watching others suffer from his actions, it makes him feel in control. I hope he enjoys his new home.
If the Canadian comedy, "Trailer Park Boys" is anywhere near real, then Canadian prison doesn't sound that bad. He's a kid still, though probably won't get in much trouble. This will probably feed his ego and make him even less of a desirable person.

If the FBI is involved I take it he broke some laws South of the border (the "swatting" I take it - haven't read the story yet), so they may ask for extradition, in which case US prisons which are definitely Hell compared to ours (which aren't that great either, but at least you will probably not get raped in ours, just beaten to a pulp if you show weakness or can't keep you mouth shut).
You can add Mr. Arp to that list as well. Never said a word to the kid, I am looking forward to seeing the outcome of all this.
