Had some servers there before, 2yrs+ and as recently as 2-3 months ago. Support is quick, had a bad SSD on a new server which they replaced within an hour. Seems like they've automated a lot now with the ability to do null routes and auto null as well. 

Admin side is awful, client front end is good. They've been doing weekly updates for several months now
