I hate whenever providers just close shop like that and leave their clients stranded... Atleast give your clients to someone else who can do a better job and provide a safe home until they can move to a different provider or stick with the new provider.
As of recent, I have had amazing response times. Not sure if it's only Sales.. since I have been inquiring about moving to a Owned license from a monthly one.
It's actually a really great tool, what we do in the feedback email is in small print put a small promotion, which changes from time to time, so for clients who actually read the email they can gain something from it.
