Shutter is what I use, its the closest to ShareX that I could find. ShareX on Windows and Shutter on Linux, that's how I roll.

I've used both systems with dual monitors, it does work. The wattages listed do not include the monitors, due to high variability.  My Dell S2340M 23" IPS display has the best wattage of all my monitors at ~16.5 Watts on a full white screen.

Interesting, GVH allows random clients to up and log into the host nodes to fix abuse. Fun....

Just because they made a passive post on their website's announcement page doesn't mean they will actively email affected clients. :) In this case, they probably said they'll email affected clients to get out of emailing anyone. People will just assume they are unaffected if they never get an...

Well from the configuration.php that is floating around, the MySQL server was hosted over on a server in OVH Canada. Its down now though so no telling what the state of security on the box was when the backup was generated.

From my understanding the file was a backup of the entire whmcs directory which included the configuration.php file you are looking for. GVH was supposedly using a cluster of frontend servers that talk to a central mysql server so someone could have infact dumped the database if they were quick...

In the end its all about those clicks, however customers generate an image of a misleading host in their minds with such.

Seems a bit strange to close a week early before the holiday. (August, 26th).

Looks like the site is back up, though from IRC it seems that its not up to 100% functionality yet. Hopefully a more detailed incident report will be published soon.
