In my mind, anything over 4GB of ram - I'd rather just get a dedicated server.
The biggest VPS I have is a 3GB ram one, which runs testing and skype. I run Skype on this due to the fact, there are kids out there who will skype resolve you and ddos you offline - so I'd rather they hit my VPS...
You're stating I have attitude because I believe there is an easy solution for this?
I think you need to re-read what I wrote, it has no "attitude" in there at all.
This is where it gets easy - in the database make the datacenter name a UNIQUE value, therefore it prevents double submission and before adding to database check if datacenter with similar name exists, if so reject, otherwise accept.
