Windows 10 on Raspberry Pi 2

Yeah it's no substitute for Debian.  I mean it might be cool and fun if you're a Powershell enthusiast or just want to code stuff for Windows, but overall I wouldn't switch out Linux for it.

Hyper-V Server, Guest OS Ubuntu, Network Problems

It's still a bit finicky, but it's working much better now (I think it's because the network is so oversold and crap).  Good thing I'm moving out of this DC.  Thanks a ton for that information.

They're with Leaseweb as well. Source: http://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/1147818/#Comment_1147818

IntenseNode came from a Hacked CVPS database

Lucky.  Took me several requests, emails, and PM to finally get off that "list".  Even then I'm sure he simply changed the password and the email in the WHMCS account.   In the end though, it's correct.  It's a mental malfunction.

    Singapore Dedicated Server (LeaseWeb's Location)

I guess I'll update this thread. After weighing my options, I decided to go directly with Leaseweb.  Straight out of the gate their network is much more stable and I'm seeing (and hearing) better performance all around.  Everything seems to be running much smoother as well. We'll see how long...

Hyper-V Server, Guest OS Ubuntu, Network Problems

Thanks for that link.  However this has always been 14.04 64-bit installation on top of Hyper-V, not 32-bit as described in the issue.  Another detail that rules out this bug is that this installation was made in August, 2015, many months after they've patched and released a fix.  Thanks though...

    €1,99 dedicated server

To add on.  The only difference between this Online.net Via Nanos and Scaleway is that the Nanos have 160 GB HDD space.  I remember from the beta you can allocate more storage via a SAN to the Scaleway (someone with actual experience please correct me).  So I mean yeah it's a little more (one...

Which is your favorite vacation place ?

Ya know I've never been on a cruise.  Totally something I want to do though. I want to go back to Europe.  I want to just backpack across Europe instead of my selective stays for work.  Starting in the UK, go to Portugal and Spain while staying in hostels.  Move East from there.  Visit Czech...

Hyper-V Server, Guest OS Ubuntu, Network Problems

This... Doesn't really help me.  I appreciate it but I'm in a situation where I need both Linux and Windows on a single dedicated machine.  Since I already had the Windows Server 2012 R2 license I decided to use that as the host node (since the Windows node is the more important part anyways)...

SNI Proxy & Bind in Ubuntu

Funny thing.  I actually use this on one of my VPS for Netflix and Spotify (DNS Server on my local home router of course).  Having the ability to set up selective routing via DNS is such a beautiful thing.  Now I no longer need to be on my VPN to access Netflix and Pandora.  Instead, I can watch...

Hyper-V Server, Guest OS Ubuntu, Network Problems

Nope that doesn't resolve it.  I've tried that but it didn't work. There's a purpose I went with Microsoft Hyper-V.  I needed a Windows Server + a Linux Server.  Therefore I decided to go with Windows Host and Linux Guest.  It's not just because I wanted to run Linux VMs I used Microsoft...

Hyper-V Server, Guest OS Ubuntu, Network Problems

Howdy folks, I've recently been having problems with my Ubuntu VPS on my Windows server.  I have access to both the Host node and the guest node (since this is a multi-use server and I wanted to use both Windows and Linux services), and I guess I thought I set it up properly but it seems...

I just want to point out that the rate at which LEB/LET chews through moderators and admins is fairly shockingly high.

    Singapore Dedicated Server (LeaseWeb's Location)

Well I saw OAH but their pricing is 150 dollars to start with.   Also @GIANT_CRAB, this is reports from people from Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and Korea.  This isn't an issue from one ISP.
