If you're going to be picky about hardware then colocate your own equipment. Don't lease a server and then complain that the hardware you didn't buy or build isn't to your standards especially when they do not advertise enterprise hard drives on their website.

MailCleaner is not even remotely in my price range. They want $8.50 per mailbox, ASSP is free as is the server it's on.

Don't worry Ald, I have no intention of using it even if they did have what I was looking for which I doubt they do. My current setup is 100x better for my needs than a hosted solution could ever be.

I use a Live CD while traveling. Sometimes I mirror my hard drive to a USB drive and leave my laptop drive at home but that's mostly in case of theft and only if I'm not traveling for business.
