What is everyone doing for IRC?

I've used MIRC before but I just didn't feel comfortable with it. I'm using irccloud now and loving it. I have irc on all my devices and it just works.

    ChicagoVPS acquires 123systems

I don't understand how they keep getting away with it. Even using fake names in WHMCS for support staff seems illegal and immoral to me, it's just pure misrepresentation.

If people are still using it then why would they bother putting money towards it?

BuyVM announces Europe, Anycast IP's, Floating IP's, & Bandwidth pooling!

@MannDude Does VPSBoard actually have enough load to justify this or is it more a "look what we can do" thing?

What sort of connection are you on?

BuyVM announces Europe, Anycast IP's, Floating IP's, & Bandwidth pooling!

As I said on skype, I think you're undercharging. All of your plans with all they include are very affordable.

    LET Down?

@Francisco if it's just simple flooding couldn't rules be implemented at a network level to effectively rate limit requests from all IPs individually? I would think that by doing this it would be easy enough to run a setup that could deal with the "bad" requests that leak though.

Hmmm, why did my IPv6 stop working recently? Oh, because I was only asking for a /64 from their rout

With my ISP it's not. All the traffic flows to the same place as IPv4 inside their network as it's all IPv6 compatible. Once outside the network I notice lower latency though.

    LET Down?

As a provider with their own "data centre" I don't know why they don't have DDoS migration for their own service. I mean, I can understand them not offering it to clients due to making themselves a target but for their own sites, it just gives a bad impression of how much they actually care...
