I've always used PhpMyAdmin simply because it's easy to use and looks nice. Adminer just checked the website out and the design is basic, but if it had a nice UI would be a good competitor the only good thing so far is it's just one file. But yeah PhpMyAdmin gets my vote.

Advertise weekly on WHT, help others on forums is how I get customers, even though most of them come from google and vendors. But when I was in the hosting industry that is what I did.

I don't use them I hope to in the future as it's easier than TFA but Google's app and the one time password and the normal password just seems more secure.

That's default on IPB4 it only shows when logged in.

They have to be aware though that some hosts and websites block servers because they can be abused. I don't allow Colocrossing and Hostwind IPs. I don't use VPNs myself the government can track you with or without one.

You see the search box there's a section under it called New Content hand that is the feature you want.
