It depends on the time. If you submit a ticket on a monday - friday at 3am you have to wait until they are open at 9am. If you submit a ticket on the weekend you might need to wait for Monday 9am so it could be 24 hours to 48hours+ but if they advertise 24 hours support I would say 4 hours...

Not always the case I've only won a few cases because of our terms and conditions and the paypal guys realise it's the client's fault and not ours. But other than that when I was in hosting the clients always win.

Not really. I could open a donation page to get capital, all you need is a story if someone can own a company, and afford to buy one, why do they need a donation page.... is it a real donation page or just a scam. Even if someone scammed the government or someone $100 that's still a scam...

And that's why I didn't donate. Not being funny to Duke as I don't know you which is one reason, but if you can run a company you don't need my money. So lucky I didn't, think of how people feel donating and it going towards business stuff (it's his word vs nothing).

Well back in 2011, I was -$9.99 once and I had PayPal threatening Legal action against me haha so I'm surprised they just closed that account with $2,800 due. 

Well as much as I hate Dave and Clamhost, they are right... You should have cancelled it, and if they state in their terms and conditions that's something you agreed to.
