So does this DB have all the same info as their last one did? If so, that's very worrying. If it's a full DB dump of SolusVM then I'd assume it has emails, passwords (hashed, can be easily unhashed), IP addresses, etc, etc. Not good at all. Was this Robert Clarke too? Haha.

I just use some cheap HP monitors, 22" I think, from Wal-Mart. Have two at the moment, desk isn't large enough to support anymore. Video card supports up to 4, so I'd like to (eventually) have a better/un-needed setup. Only complaint is I'd like thinner edges on the monitors so the physical cap...

<128MB =  Random testing of stuff. SSHuttle/VPN, messing around. 256MB = vpsBoard :D 512MB = Whatever, at this point. LAMP/LEMP stacks. Not very optimized or tuned 1GB+ = cPanel server. I've got a cPanel box to keep up-to-date with cPanel and to toss some other random sites of mine on.

Probably not in the lowend market, word traveled quickly and most providers acted faster than skids. Either that or there were smaller providers that were hit that we don't know about yet, because their 15 clients haven't complained, or perhaps there are providers who got hit with their DBs...

Lot of lowend companies don't offer backups, at least not free.

SouthBendVPS. Ordered a VPS from them, it was setup quick. Had an issue with the IP being dirty according to Google (Use the server as a VPN, Google makes me enter CAPCHA codes).  I wasn't too worried about itm and they said to contact them again in a few days as they were getting new IPs and...

And that's whats worrying. It's not like Robert, for example, did anything 'difficult'. It's not like he's a 'master hacker' hell bent on destruction. Just some kid with piss poor judgement and instead of trying this on himself and only on himself he tried other provider(s).

And we all remember Shovenose's history with Slowloris... ;)
