CentOS - as we can run almost everything we need at a Linux server based on CentOS. Pretty clean and easy to use too :)

Chrome will eat more RAM than other software, so you will need at least 2GB RAM to run multiple tabs and other softs. A XEN/KVM with Windows would be better than using GUI on Linux.

Hello, Just would like ask how do you guys prevent chargeback payments? We have had some bad customers, they made the payment via Paypal by Bank/eCheck then do a chargeback after the contract is over and we lose the disputes. 

DO was my first choice when linux VPS come to mind. Hourly billing, good automated system, pure SSD & solid network. I could not expect more than that.
