    The Good VPS Provider thread

Nick, you magnificent person! TheHackBox just told me you got HE in Seattle now! Guess who'll soon be moving back to Seattle? This guy. HE gives me 150ms to Seattle now instead of 200ms/250ms previously.

The truth about Mao and BuyVM

Did you just.... refer to yourself in third person? HalfEatenPie is afraid wlanboy might air some dirty laundry on Catalyst! HalfEatenPie should probably do his laundry before they get aired!

The truth about Mao and BuyVM

Well, I get on and this is what I see. All I have to say is please keep this civil in here guys :) Also Mao, in terms of your last comment, I apologize you feel that way. I guess the reasoning behind MannDude's moderation action was due to the fact that the previous topic was originally...

Oh man I love the new theme. It looks GREAT. Adds more color too. Instead of all brown it's now dark grey and red!

    The Good VPS Provider thread

I'm also going to add NodeDeploy, MaximumVPS, IPXCore, and OneAsiaHost to this list. Loved NodeDeploy when I had a VM with them (7/month 2GB KVM, was AWESOME). MaximumVPS was perfect for my needs while I had it and Hexxis is an awesome dude. Damian is one awesome fellow and the rest of the team...

    Daily Server Deals has launched!

Alright I will admit I didn't know what stristr did. I also did skim over the code and basically made assumptions. My apologies for that. Is there a similar function in python?

    Daily Server Deals has launched!

I apologize but did you read my post?  People could write "Incero" or "Incero, LLC" (for example) and your method would create two separate entries because it'd fail to catch that.

    Daily Server Deals has launched!

I'm not really one to judge or talk here, but I feel like this suggestion is one that's technically "easy" on paper and much more difficult to apply in real life. For example, some people can name their datacenter as Incero, another individual can label it as Incero, LLC.  By your method (if...

    Locking down WHMCS?

Blanked about all the special needs for vpsBoard itself.  Yeah restricting access via IP isn't a bad thing at all.

    Locking down WHMCS?

http://docs.whmcs.com/Further_Security_Steps. http://docs.whmcs.com/Security_Modules There's a few more you can do (mod_security and such).  Also, probably switching from apache to Hiawatha would help a bit.   Let me know if ya need any more help :)

List of VPS/Dedi providers using Colo Crossing

Howdy folks! Just saying keep everything civilized and friendly please! I don't find making a list of providers who use CC an issue (hell do the same for Colo@, Incero, etc., it brings more transparency than anything), but if everyone just be excellent to each other then that'd be very...

    Recommendations for knowledge base software

Most billing software comes with KB access last I remembered.  I know many people here use WHMCS's built-in Knowledgebase system.  For others they use Wikis (usually DokuWiki is a pretty commonly used script).   Hope this sets you in the right direction :)
