Oh really?  I was in their IRC Channel (well, still am) and someone was arguing about how NY1 wasn't actually in NY and was in New Jersey.  They countered the claim with "It's only a few ms away and you'd never notice the difference network wise".  Of course I could be wrong.  

I haven't been following it a ton but Liam, Humza, and vedran aren't staff anymore and those are the three people I recall being on staff for the longest time (when it was supposedly owned by Chief).

My work computer is automatically shut down at nights due to the energy crisis in Korea (it's actually a major issue. Many government buildings don't even allow air conditioning on certain days and doesn't allow the settings to be lower than 26 degrees Celsius.). Current uptime? About 4 hours...

I for one am proud to say I'm not friends with anyone from BuyVM.  I merely used them and their hot bodies for my own personal gains: Access to all the VIP clubs, free access to the buffet, and of course the party drug (alcohol duh).   I'm quite the suave friend.  

Unrelated to the content, I can't get over the fact that this author is such a dick on writing this. I mean I know news articles have a ton of bias to begin with but I feel like this one goes over the top with it.

See, for me OwnCloud has felt pretty flaky for me seeming they had that Client-side time issue in the configurations (like a few months ago?) and also just didn't feel like it was rock solid. It felt pretty flimsy to me (Yeah I know this is all relative). Maybe I should give it a try again.

In all honesty I was a big fan of Liam.  It was my understanding he ran majority (if not the entire LE* label) by himself.  Although I'm sure he's probably going to be getting paid more now to do better work :)
