  You can't, but if you're looking for cheap then that's always possible.   I'd suggest (if it doesn't pan out here) to just use FedEx.  It's mostly the security and knowledge that they won't run off with your servers that's important here, not the distance.

I'm pretty sure even if he tried to pull out a million or two it'd get caught up.  I mean it takes a few days (from my understanding) for Paypal funds to be transferred to bank accounts and even then it goes through scrutiny.
