    123systems dd on new node.

With SSD cache in mix, tells you even less useful info. Someone definitely should revise / come up with way to speed test VPS.  Obviously numbers are only good in aggregate over time as load changes. Unsure who borrowed tests suitable for bare metal for virtual resources...

Former GreenValueHost customer mucked up in religious parody host HostNun

I should clarify, Hostnun checks with the WHMCS license checker and details unavailable.    They should be kosher.    Their schtick and insane digs at religion make we want to throw my hand in a blender.  Running a business like this is purely nutso. Someone should have left this as an art...

Former GreenValueHost customer mucked up in religious parody host HostNun

Appears that Hostnun doesn't check out for a *current* WHMCS license.   That's good or perhaps bad, but not GVH-Jon's worry. Glad to see HostNun was shown the door.

So doesn't WHMCS DISALLOW buying a license from one provider and then hosting it elsewhere? From: http://www.whmcs.com/resellers/ WHMCS license 5b99ea35c10835e911d6 (Jonathan Nguyen, GreenValueHost, [email protected]) for abbey.hostnun.net (domain registered on 2013-06-22) nslookup...

    4u colocation

Depends on the pricing and facility. Some places will allow you to mix it up.  Will pay for extra drops though on power + data cabling. Legacy wise, folks facilitated this for people wanting to put firewalls and routers upside their single server.

Ahh that video, some young bimbo. Sister Cherry?  Servers blessed by a priest? Distasteful and sacrilegious.

Ninjahawk, mind telling us all what is up?

So UK location is gone, Phoenix is gone, Dallas is migrating. Seems obvious with that much movement that his company isn't his any longer / sold out / merged.  Only way you pull that much stuff at once is when taken over or when you put down the pipe and realize it's time to run from the...

Former GreenValueHost customer mucked up in religious parody host HostNun

They had LET offer/post other day about free services from any other LET host... Strange offer / promo. Banned from WHT... hehe... We need a database for stuff like this.

Former GreenValueHost customer mucked up in religious parody host HostNun

So HostNun.net continues to run weird, albeit hell bent offers.  It's a creative front PR/awareness gimmick for someone. Whois info on hostnun.net leads to a Matt fellow who is an "artist".  Is he involved? Maybe. Street address again is a Toronto incorporation mill / post office box.   Same...

    123systems dd on new node.

Well, from other recent threads on here, 123Systems is moving datacenters.  Limestone is out and CC is where Andrew is going, so it seems. In the search box up top search all forums for: 123systems  Look at two most recent threads. If allocated on CC's network, those for now will be Intel...

    PHP.net used to distribute malware

PHP and a vulnerability.  Ho hum, another year online.   Wait this time they are delivering it directly to users/customers.   Hey I expect better.     PHP is kind of the utility layer for web programming.   So prevalent. Lucky someone noticed in such a short time.  Probably overly diligent...

    lightweight browsers?

Problem with lightweight and today's web is all the javascript crap. I run with javascript off, but constant issues with sites. Limits where I go some. Probably for the best though. Jscript off = very fast on anything. No real memory swelling either.

GreenValueHost tells their non high paying clients to GTFO

We are talking about cPanel and a whopping what? 2 servers? If 2 servers are going to bankrupt a company, then that isn't a company.

Ninjahawk, mind telling us all what is up?

I *like* NinjaHawk... but.... Isn't this like the 3rd company in past 2 months to entirely jump continents on customers?

    lightweight browsers?

I hope Opera gets their shit together. It's superior from a security/privacy perspective without kung pow addons.
