PS: Why they are cruising the net from this range is beyond me since they are trying to hide it with Cloudflare. It would be a shame if someone ran to the direct IPs, around Cloudflare with plenty of packet love.

This is all true.   Only points I'll clarify is Joel is supposedly long gone. CC is like this with not cleaning things up, plus they love IP justifications for their mass hording of IP space. To point, if you look at the Google tracking codes for LET/LEB you'll find the original Lowendadmin...
