    Provider Uptime

Sure but that wasn't done. With the old LV router nullroutes weren't enforced internally so you could still contact the nodes while it's nullrouted to the world (quagga being sloppy with network imports). With the brocade that isn't possible without being REALLY sloppy, though, so it won't...

    Provider Uptime

Buyvmstatus never had it and was based on pings from outside the network. It was common for nodes to get nulled when people couldn't take down filtered IP's so it would throw reports off. We'd have users that would monitor the node ping or go off buyvmstatus and then cry for SLA, even though...

    BuyVM.NET / BuyShared.NET - Shared - $5/year | Resellers - $2.00/month! Dedicated IPv4! SSD RAID!

Cool :) We'll see what comes up. It's my preferred choice and I already have IP addresses worked out so we won't run into any issues with that. Filtering is also worked out and can be easily had and offered in the same price brackets. Francisco

It's more that I don't think people need another NL VPS. The location has a lot of providers there because it's pretty cheap all around. Romania is a pretty good show, well priced, & a pretty good network. Luxembourg is right next to NL so the pings are within an ms or 3 but you get the perks...

    BuyVM.NET / BuyShared.NET - Shared - $5/year | Resellers - $2.00/month! Dedicated IPv4! SSD RAID!

:D We looked into Europe back then but weren't ready to venture into that at all. We would have ended up renting gear and the likes since we would have been too scared to send actual equipment over seas. These days we're more than ready for that all, we're just deciding and getting state side...

You heard it right from the horses mouth, not quite yet ;) Once we do we'll roll all 4 product offerings. Storage, SSD OVZ's, KVM's, & shared hosting. We'll keep prices the same as well. The biggest struggle has been picking a country. Francisco

    BuyVM - New website design?

Good point! I like GL but that wasn't why we went with those colours. When we did the original BuyVM site the plan was to make it look like a nerdy terminal. In the end the only part we really kept was the green and went a completely different way with the site. Hah, I might do it as a joke...

That, but I mostly did it because of the Adaptec 7805's. Good cards but their support for 2.6.x is complete garbage. We could use the LSI's but I honestly prefer how the adaptec's work. Francisco

    BuyVM - New website design?

I did the current BuyVM site when we first started. We had no idea how well the company would originally do since it was more of a market test bed than anything else. ;) On that note, Korey did a fairly big overhaul of a lot of the pages. I think they look much better. The homepage originally...

    ASN-Blocklist

I wouldn't take it as butt hurt, it's more that OP is turning a project into a joke (even if it's the OP's own project). As Aldryic said, if there's a valid reason for an ASN to be there then put it and detail why (on a website, an included file, etc). People shouldn't blindly just execute vats...
