I suggest using Ansible to manage your servers, or Chef. They're both pretty awesome and make configuration easy and automated provisioning of servers.

Pretty nice, could probably shorten the directory existence checking in bash. Or a lot in Ruby or PHP. Useful nonetheless, thanks!

The only problem (I've found) is that BitPay's withdrawal thresholds are very high, £1000 before you can get a payout in GBP. That's hard for a starting-out host but easy for a company like Newegg.
