Same for me, i set up a OpenVPN Server on a VPS on port 443. Connect to that and everything will work, as HTTPS is encrypted, hence they can't see what your using + Looks like standard HTTP/s Traffic/

For a host - i would say KVM Is generally cheaper.

I do $12/month but there is some cheaper ones/

I've never understood per ticket pay? A $7/month client could create 5 tickets, 5 tickets at $2, BAM goes your profit.
