Not sure where you are getting this information from...  I am not sure what happened with HostVenom/NinjaHawk, but the company was sold to us directly by SeriesN. I have no idea what went on before that with them.  - Daniel :)

I have a quick question to people that had WHMCS but switched to Kayako. What kind of issues did you encounter with WHMCS that made you switch to Kayako?  - Daniel :)

R1Soft is horrible, do NOT use it. The two choices you have left are Bacula or regular rsync.  - Daniel :)

The main website/whmcs etc. have not changed location. They are still on the same server as they were before so thats weird. Either way once it's moved to our nodes this will be resolved.  - Daniel :)

This is a fun thread and very entertaining I must say :). So far the clients that have been transferred from NinjaHawk are very satisfied with our network and servers. Unfortunately, we did not have all of the locations available to satisfy all of the clients.  Also regarding the fake reviews...
