We have constructed additional Pylons (BuyVM Upgrades)

How can you call this an upgrade?   L5639's are too old with slow cores. If you want to upgrade why not at least use newer E5's ? E3 processor per core performance is amazing and this is a one reason I got a KVM VPS from you guys. ...

If you dont receive anything much important why would you waste time setting up mail servers and things? just think about spam filtering of both. Gmail is just reliable and works out of the box so if I were you I will be sticking with Gmail for these stuff

What are the specs of vpsBoard server?

Im hosting similar traffic wordpress site on a Ramnode 256MB OVZ. And it runs Apache with load averages of almost 0.00 Even I have 64MB memcached instance on that VPS.  With Nginx you could handle 10000 visitors a day on a 256MB RAM so easily.

    Feedback on prices for backups/snapshots

20% or maybe even 25% is completely fine for me as I used to pay $5 a month for Linode backups. I still have a 1 Linode (previously I had 4) that I use to host very important data because of the backups feature. Its not that I rely on them but having 1 click backup and pooled restores is very...
