I agree. When we were accepting (and marketing) it, less than 2% actually used it.

I'm not talking about the nodes. The SSH Gateway which contains all of the keys is usually IP restricted and/or on a private LAN. The keys are encrypted. Nodes do not have access to the SSHG.

Most systems are IP restricted, and are built with encryption to prevent this.

Just like the title says, what (or who) do you use? We use FreePBX with flowroute as our SIP trunk provider. We are planning on re-building it so that you don't have to go through any menus, and you will get a human right away when you call us.

We offer it just as a convenience to our customers, because most of them like having everything under one bill. I understand the concern of taking the domain "hostage", but we have never done that or plan to do it in the future. It also makes it much easier to support, as if there is a problem...
