#1 looks very familiar...probably because we let it expire on December 31st because it was a dud for parking revenues (6 visitors, $0.00 during the year we owned it).  Probably make a good name for a low end VPS host though...Summer is coming.

I don't see any numbers associated with the main features of the low end marketplace: oversold, technical incompetence, lack of business experience, kiddiehost, unincorporated business, scams, frequent downtime, privacy violations, .poor security, DDoS, SPAM, database breaches, migrations...

They weren't charging a cheap price but they relied heavily on crappy quality providers like Burst/whoever in Kansas City, so it may have been customer dissatisfaction/lack of interest that put them under. tl;dr  premium prices, budget quality product, low customer retention = eventual deadpool

So f**king what? Uceprotect is an anti-spam organization.  The outbound abuse that historically has come from your network isn't spam.  Your network AS40676 is infamous for the volume of botnets, comment spammers, brute force attackers, malware, etc that have been hosted there.  Do a google...
