In theory, such a setup sounds like a decent idea.  But after reading some of the 'provider commentary'... I'd be wary on trusting reports at all.  Demi works well enough for our anti-fraud; we'll just stick with her.

Don't hate the company based on the words of others.  But be VERY well aware of some of the shady practices from some of their employees that have come to light, and decide for yourself whether their actions are sufficient to blunt your trust.

You're not making a very good impression of your own company by trying to drag personal grievances into a public forum, rather than just settling things with him privately. Just a small bit of advice from someone who has witnessed the consequences of the path you're taking.
