Let me re-phrase that.  Just traffic. They see the traffic and then they assume it's saved in that location.  While yes you can claim you don't have it on the VPS the thing is you do see the traffic.  It's like seeing a suspicious person enter a building.  You assume he's inside the building and...

Torrenting =/= Illegal Use.  While it's commonly used as such it DOES NOT mean it's illegal.  Many hosts disallow it due to possible legal issues/headaches (e.g. DMCA) or (more commonly if hosted on the node itself) possible resource abuse.     No-one allows Torrenting for Illegal Purposes...

We have a test/demo running internally.  Unfortunately it only is viewable for the admins and not for moderators (aka me) apparently.  We're running it through it's paces :) Don't worry it's on its way!  

In all honesty I'd suggest you go to Datashack and get a dedicated server there and bring your own Windows ISO and license.  Maybe the Dual 5420? 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD, 5 IPs, 1Gbit (shared) connection, Kansas City, Missouri, etc. I personally think what you're asking is a pretty difficult thing...

So... I wasn't really paying too close of an attention after my last reply. I see VolumeDrive's website is up, and I see that VolumeDrive's IPs are now being announced and peers with InfoRelay. Anyone know what happened?
