Rsync is what we use. We also have a few backup solutions running with Backupsy. Has worked great with us, as always we prefer local backups but backupsy is what we recommend to those clients on a tight budget. ^TG

Agree with most of the folks here. The WHMCS default ticket system works great for us and have never thought about going 3rd party. May not have all the bells and whistles, but at the end of the day as long clients are receiving prompt responses and resolutions we are happy! ^TG
