The the thing, budget providers cater to a market that is willing to pay $7 max for the mona lisa. Really, if you want guaranteed non oversold resources why not choose a proper host? Pay the additional charges and get a descent KVM and purchase exactly what you require, the way it is meant to...

Well, to by completely honest, our UK pop doesn't get a lot of orders. Although our KVM pricing is pretty cheap. We do offer 512,1,2gb deals and the node is not even half utilized.

I think at CC they have nothing else better to do, than to listen to beeps :)
