I use it on my Mac with Windows and Linux installed as guest, you can get things up and running pretty smoothly but there are some configuration (and not easy) required if you'd like networking & IO port forwarding.

I used Zoho before but I didn't like the UI. Gmail (Google Apps) and Roundcube (cPanel) have better interfaces.

Zoho or a cPanel hosting account w/ webmail (BuyVM offers them for $5/yr with a dedicated IP).

I don't really like the dark design...but it matches the current colour scheme anyway :)

AFAIK, Standard = less disk/bw/cores and USA only, but cheaper Premium = more disk/bw/cores, more expensive, US and NL locations
