Overselling is a statistic game/gamble. Host should be ready that some people really wants to use resources they purchased.

I think it's not related to DDOS. You are intentionally hurting someone. In the case of this post, you are just using your resources inside your box. I think it's not related to eat all you can buffet. because it's limited resource. If I bought 5 servings of food, I should be allowed to eat it...
