You should move to owned hardware and colocation before applying for the ARIN IPs. You should also get your own bandwidth contracts instead of getting bandwidth from your server provider. A /24 or /23 is enough for you to get a /22.

The my.frantech.ca cert on buyvm.net has been there for some time (not new).

The service is real nice and support tickets get answered quickly, The load is always 0.** on this 24 core machine and only ~10% RAM is used. However I'd like to see what'll happen as accounts fill up the server.
